Central Park Rumba

I came across a nice little video clip out of Tito Sandoval's stash. Tito is a great dancer and drummer, and has been on the scene for quite some time already. I believe Willie has put up some Sports Bar clips in which you can see Tito throw down during a columbia. In any case, Tito is playing quinto in this one, and it looke like Eddie Rodriguez is playing tres dos, you can see Barry behind the bench, and we have none other than the great Miguel Martinez "El Llanero", singing gallo. Can anyone tell me the names of the other drummers? They look familiar.

I'm playing "water bottle," evidently. Jesus these videos are painful sometimes.

Other drummers are Cano in the middle and Jose Alberto on the end.

I almost choked on my lunch after reading your post, lol. Thanks for the names of the other two drummers Barry.

I'm the one who filmed the video.
What you seeing here is actually the original video I gave Tito, played on a T.V. monitor, then taped again from the T.V. screen. ;)
And they're playing a Rumba Matancera, not a Columbia. :)

Barry's right... video's seem "painful sometimes". LoL!

Hey Mark, I mentioned the columbia for a previously posted clip which Willie filmed at the Castle Hill Rumba. I did notice that this was in fact a clip off of TV, but looks surprising great none the less.

A little more info, in speaking with Willie last night among the people in the crowd you have Anthony towards the left, Viejo is in there as well.

El Llanero sang with a whole lot of feeling sorry to hear that he has passed. Have any more videos of him singing?
